Garage Flake Floor: Creekbed

This 3 bay garage was especially terrible. Pits, sagging, holes, moldy walls, ridges, valleys, and terrible oil damage. We added 12 bags of leveler into the lowest spots, removed all of the damaged OSB from the walls (replaced the exterior walls as well due to more mold), and threw down a Creekbed flake floor. The flake floor hides many of the remaining valleys and we removed the top layers of concrete with grinding to remove much of the oil damage. Our topcoat that we use provides a 100% petroleum proof covering going forward!
